Our Terms and Conditions (T&C) define the legal framework governing the interactions between Flawless By Shaheen and our clients. Tailored to the specific requirements of our services, our T&C establish the legal relationship between our clients and us. It is important to note that T&C may vary based on the nature of services offered, and we advise seeking legal guidance to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Terms & Conditions including Refund Policies
1. **Bookings & Appointments:**
Appointments must be booked in advance. Certain treatments and bridal services require a **booking fee to secure your date**. Please note that **booking fees are non-refundable**.
2. **Cancellations & Refunds:**
- Notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment to be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- Non-attendance without notice is non-refundable.
- Prepaid packages may be partially or fully refundable only if services remain unused and within the agreed timeframe, minus any non-refundable booking fees.

3. **Service Charges:**
- **Long Hair:** Additional charges apply for hair that takes **over 1 hour** to style.
- **Early / Unsociable Hours:** Additional charges may apply for appointments outside of standard working hours.
4. **Service Guidelines:**
Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatments. Flawless By Shaheen cannot be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or non-compliance with pre/post-care instructions.
5. **Liability:**
Flawless By Shaheen is not liable for any issues arising from undisclosed conditions or client non-compliance with instructions.
6. **Content & Media:**
By allowing photography or social media use, you consent to images/videos of your treatments being used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
7. **Special Requests & Customisations:**
Any customisations, additional services, or changes must be confirmed prior to your appointment date.
