Bridal Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Flawless By Shaheen’s Bridal Services.

By booking our bridal hair, makeup, and beauty services, you agree to the following terms:

1. **Bookings & Deposits:**

Certain bridal services require a booking fee to secure your date. Please note that **booking fees are non-refundable**.  

2. **Cancellations:**

Notify us at least 6 weeks before your scheduled wedding appointment for rescheduling options. Late cancellations may result in partial loss of the booking fee.  

3. **Refunds:**

Refunds are available only under specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy. Non-refundable booking fees will be retained.  

4. **Service Guidelines:**

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatments. Flawless By Shaheen cannot be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.  

5. **Timing & Travel:**

Please ensure punctual arrival/starts. Travel costs for destination weddings may apply and will be agreed upon in advance.  

6. **Media & Content:**

By allowing photography or social media use, you consent to images/videos of your bridal services being used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.  

7. **Special Requests:**

Any customisations, additional services, or changes must be confirmed in writing prior to your wedding day.
