Booking Policy

Booking:-
-All course applications must be submitted through the Academy Application Form.
-Applications are reviewed and approved before a booking is confirmed.
-Once approved, students will receive a confirmation email with course details and payment instructions.

Payment:-

-Full payment is required to secure your spot unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.
-Prices are inclusive of kits, training materials and practical session access (where applicable)
-Flawless By Shaheen reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received by the agreed date. 

Cancellation by Student:-
-Cancellation more than 14 days before the course: full refund or credit towards a future course
-Cancellation 7-14 days before the course: 50% refund or credit
-Cancellation less than 7 days before the course: no refund, unless exceptional circumstances.

We recommend students take out personal insurance for travel or unforeseen emergencies.

Cancellation by Flawless by Shaheen:-

-Courses may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
-If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or credit towards another course.
-We will provide as much notice as possible.

No-Show Policy:-

-If a student does not attend without prior notice, the full course fee is forfeited.

Student Responsibility:-

-Students must arrive on time and prepared
-Any pre-existing medical conditions relevant to the training ( e.g. allergies ) must be disclosed
-Students are expected to follow all safety and hygiene protocols during practical sessions.
